
Ultra-Low Power High Sensitivity Omnipolar Hall Sensor
The SL8631 is an ultra-low power, high sensitivity omnipolar Hall switch IC designed with CMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilizer, Schmitt trigger, and CMOS output driver, offering excellent temperature stability and stress resistance. With a wide operating voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V), it is available in both TO-92S through-hole and SOT23-3L surface-mount packages compliant with RoHS standards, making it ideal for a variety of magnetic sensing applications demanding low power consumption and high reliability.
