SL6207 Low-Power High-Sensitivity Omnipolar Hall Switch IC

The SL6207 is a low-power, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall switch IC designed with CMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilizer, Schmitt trigger, and CMOS output driver, offering excellent temperature stability, strong stress resistance, and high sensitivity. With a wide operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V, it is ideal for micropower battery-operated applications. It is available in TO92S through-hole and SOT23-3L surface-mount packages, both compliant with RoHS standards.
