SL1613 Series Low-Power Hall Switch Sensor
The SL1613 is a low-power Hall switch sensor designed for space-constrained systems and battery-sensitive applications. Utilizing CMOS technology, it features single S-pole magnetic field detection and CMOS push-pull output. It operates over a wide voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V with an ultra-low average supply current. The series offers multiple magnetic threshold (33Gs/46Gs) and switch frequency (5Hz/20Hz) options in a standard SOT-23 package. It is suitable for various non-contact position detection applications such as laptops, TWS earphones, electronic locks, and smart meters.
