
SiC Series Ultraviolet Detector LD-S275-900T
The LD-S275-900T is a broadband ultraviolet photodetector based on silicon carbide material, covering UVA, UVB, and UVC bands, and operates in photovoltaic mode. This device features good visible blindness, high responsivity, and low dark current, housed in a TO-46 metal package. It is suitable for applications such as UV index monitoring, radiation dose measurement, and flame detection.
