
SiC Series Ultraviolet Detector LD-S275-100T
The LD-S275-100T is a broadband ultraviolet detector based on silicon carbide material, covering UVA, UVB, and UVC spectra. It operates in photovoltaic mode and is housed in a TO-46 metal package.
