
Omnipolar High-Voltage Tolerant Hall Switch
The SL2464 is a high-sensitivity, omnipolar Hall switch chip designed with bipolar semiconductor technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation circuit, and open-collector output. It converts magnetic flux density input into a digital voltage signal output. Available in RoHS-compliant TO92S through-hole and SOT23-3L surface-mount packages, it features excellent high-voltage tolerance and a wide operating temperature range.
