Low-Power High-Sensitivity Omnipolar Hall Switch Chip
This is a low-power, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall switch chip designed using CMOS technology. It integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilizer, Schmitt trigger, and CMOS output driver, offering excellent temperature stability, strong stress resistance, and high sensitivity. With a wide operating voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V, it is ideal for micropower battery-powered applications. It is available in two RoHS-compliant package options: TO92S through-hole and SOT23-3L surface-mount.
