
LD-G355-400T GaN Series Ultraviolet Detector
The LD-G355-400T is a gallium nitride-based broadband ultraviolet photodetector covering UVA, UVB, and UVC bands. It operates in photovoltaic mode and features excellent visible blindness and high responsivity. Housed in a TO-39 package, it is suitable for applications such as UV index monitoring, radiation dose measurement, and flame detection.
