
High Voltage Tolerant, High Sensitivity Unipolar Hall Switch Chip SL3144
The SL3144 is a high voltage tolerant, high sensitivity unipolar Hall switch chip designed with Bipolar semiconductor technology. It converts magnetic flux density input into a digital voltage output, integrating internal components such as a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation circuit, and open-collector output. Available in both TO92S through-hole and SOT23-3L surface-mount packages compliant with RoHS standards, it is suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer electronic applications.
