High-Voltage, High-Sensitivity Unipolar Hall Switch
The SL44E is a unipolar Hall-effect switch designed with bipolar semiconductor technology, optimized for south pole magnetic field response. It integrates a Hall voltage generator, wide-voltage regulator, temperature compensation circuit, amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and open-collector output. The output switches to low level when the south pole flux density exceeds the operate point and returns to high level when it falls below the release point, ensuring stable switching operation. The device supports a wide supply voltage range from 3.8V to 40V, operates from -40°C to 125°C, and is available in TO92S and SOT23-3L packages compliant with RoHS standards, making it suitable for various position, speed, and distance sensing applications.
