
High Sensitive Digital-Unipolar Hall Effect Sensor
The SLSS341R is a south-sensitive unipolar Hall effect switch designed with Bipolar technology. It integrates an on-chip Hall element voltage generator, a voltage regulator for operation from 3.8V to 40V, reverse voltage protection, temperature compensation circuitry, a small-signal amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output. The sensor is designed to respond to South magnetic poles, turning the output low when the magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point and holding it until the flux density drops below the release point. It is available in multiple RoHS-compliant packages including TO-92 and SOT-23.
