
GaN Series UV Photodetector LD-G385-020S
The LD-G385-020S is a broadband ultraviolet photodetector based on gallium nitride material, packaged in SMD2835. It operates in photovoltaic mode, offering high responsivity across UVA, UVB, and UVV bands, along with excellent visible blindness and very low dark current. It is suitable for applications such as UV index monitoring, radiation dose measurement, and flame detection.
