GaN Series UV Photodetector LD-G360-100T
The LD-G360-100T is a broadband ultraviolet photodetector based on Indium Gallium Nitride material, covering UVA, UVB, and UVC spectral bands. Operating in photovoltaic mode and housed in a TO-46 metal package, it offers excellent visible blindness, high responsivity, and low dark current. It is suitable for applications such as UV LED monitoring, UV radiation dose measurement, and UV curing.
