
AlGaN Solar-Blind Series UV Photodetector LD-A275-050T
A solar-blind UV photodetector based on AlGaN material in a TO46 package. It features high responsivity in the UVC band (250-280 nm), excellent solar blindness (high visible light rejection), and very low dark current. It is designed for applications such as ozone monitoring, UV radiation dose measurement, and flame detection.
