AlGaN Solar-Blind Series Ultraviolet Detector LD-A275-100T
A solar-blind ultraviolet photodetector based on AlGaN material in a TO46 package. It features high responsivity in the UVC band (250-280 nm), excellent solar blindness (high visible light rejection), and very low dark current, making it suitable for applications requiring precise deep ultraviolet light detection.
